We offer direct billing to Blue Cross at Northview Health & Wellness Centre. Just bring your policy and ID number to your acupuncture visit (as well as your massage or chiropractic visit) and we will handle the rest. You will only need to pay what your health plan doesn't cover.

How to prepare for your session:

• ● Please complete the initial Intake form and bring with you to first visit
• ● Make sure to have a light meal 1 to 2 hours prior to treatment
• ● Please inform Dr. Vidas if you are pregnant, have blood disorders, or have any skin rashes
• ● Wear loose fitting and comfortable clothing, which can be rolled up to access below the knee and below the elbow acupoint
